Before a single booking runs, the fleet is cleaned, checked and staged. It is the least interesting part of the job and the reason nothing goes wrong on the day.
In the frame
The standard is boring on purpose. The car is clean before every shift, not most shifts. The driver is early, not on time. The boot is empty so your luggage fits. Water is cold. Nobody talks unless you start it.

Enter a pickup and a drop-off on the booking form and we calculate the real driving distance between them, then price that against your chosen vehicle. The estimate appears immediately. We always check the final amount against the exact route and any tolls before payment is taken. Weddings, hourly charter and other special requests are quoted directly by a person.
Yes. Distance and travel time come from the live driving route between your two addresses, including any extra stops you add, so the number you see reflects the road rather than a straight line on a map.
Card payment is being connected. Until it is live, confirming a booking sends us a request and we follow up with a secure payment link, or you settle with the driver at the end of the trip. Account clients are invoiced monthly.
Yes. Choose your city at the start of the booking form to see local pickup areas. We also run chauffeured interstate transfers along the Melbourne to Sydney corridor on request.
Free cancellation up to 6 hours before pickup. Cancellations inside that window may incur the base fare to cover the driver's dispatch. Airport pickups delayed by the airline are never charged as a cancellation.
Use the special request button. Multi day bookings, several cars at once, wedding fleets, roadshows and anything with an itinerary are priced by a person rather than a calculator. Describe the day in plain language and we will come back to you with a fixed quote.
A waiting allowance is built into every booking: 15 minutes on a standard pickup and 60 minutes after an international landing. Beyond that, waiting is charged in fifteen minute blocks and always discussed with you first.
Yes, at no extra charge. Tell us the ages when you book so the right seat is fitted and installed correctly before the car leaves the depot.
